Setelah merilis Windows Phone 7 yang bertajuk Titan II pekan lalu, vendor asal Taiwan itu kembali mengumumkan ponsel barunya yang berteknologi 4G LTE, ponsel tersebut dinamai HTC Velocity 4G. Diam-diam, HTV mengapalkan Velocity 4G ke Australia melalui mitra operator Telstra, yang baru-baru ini meluncurkan LTE. Velocity 4G memiliki layar S-LCD 4.5 inci beresolusi tajam qHD 540 x 960. Dengan processor berkekuatan dual core 1,5 GHz yang dipadu dengan chipset Snapdragon,RAM 1 GB dan kartu grafis Adreno 220, ponsel ini cukup bisa diandalkan. Selain itu Velocity 4G juga dibekali kamera 8 MP yang mampu merekam gambar 1080p dan built-in storage sebesar 16 GB. Kecepatan maksimal 100 Mbps untuk berinterkasi dengan internet.
